A well-rounded Approach to the Ocean

Safe Ocean is an ocean swimming school based in Capbreton, offering lessons for all levels — in pools or even at home — starting from age 3. From first discovery to stroke improvement, adult lessons at every level, or transitioning to the ocean… their teaching is designed to make the water feel like your element. Sessions are held in small groups and tailored to each swimmer’s needs.

The journey with Safe Ocean continues in the ocean itself — through sport or playful discovery. They’re out on Santocha Beach year-round, and their activities are open to everyone, no matter their starting level.

A Full Range of Ocean Activities

From age 6, children can discover how rip currents work and learn how to approach the waves with greater confidence. Other activities include coastal walking, beach fitness, and open-water swimming — all great ways to move, train, and enjoy an incredible natural environment.

It’s a complete range of activities that adapts to all profiles, sporty or less so. Sessions are always adjusted to the day’s conditions.
